Policy-
1. Booking Requests:
- All booking requests must be submitted through Kaci Clark's official website or social media profiles.
- Please provide detailed information about the event, including date, time, location, and type of event.
2. Confirmation and Deposit:
- A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total booking fee is required to confirm the booking.
- The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before the event date.
3. Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will receive a full refund of any payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
- Cancellations made between 14 and 30 days before the event will receive a 50% refund of the total booking fee, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Rescheduling:
- Requests to reschedule the event must be made at least 14 days in advance.
- Rescheduling is subject to Kaci Clark's availability and may incur additional fees.
5. Performance Requirements:
- The client must provide a suitable performance area, including necessary sound equipment and lighting.
- Any specific technical requirements will be discussed and agreed upon during the booking process.
6. Travel and Accommodation:
- For events outside of the local area, the client is responsible for covering travel and accommodation expenses for Kaci Clark and her team.
7. Liability:
- Kaci Clark Music is not responsible for any damages or injuries that occur during the event.
- The client is responsible for ensuring a safe and secure environment for the performance.
